Impact Machine is dedicated to being an industry leader, exceeding clients’ needs and being the first choice for high quality machined parts. Since 2016, we have provided quality parts and exceptional service, all done to our customers' specifications. Our dedicated staff is highly-trained in precision CNC machining (milling and turning) using state-of-the-art precision equipment.

Our primary focus is precision CNC machining and manufacturing services. These services are provided on a job shop, contract, and supplier partner basis to small and medium-sized original equipment manufacturers. Our customer list includes many Fortune 500 OEM's as well as industry leaders in automation equipment, packaging, industrial cranes, and agriculture, just to name a few.

Meet Our Team

Chad Diedrick

CHAD DIEDRICK

Owner

Chad began his training 30 years ago, working at CMD Corporation while getting his degree in Machine Tool at FVTC. Chad completed his state-indentured apprenticeship at Fox Valley Tool & Die, continuing to work there for almost 30 years. While at FVTD, Chad ran multiple CNC machines, from 4-axis machining centers to Integrex CNC machines. While there, Chad developed skills in SolidWorks, off-line programming of high-end Inconel machining for the oil & gas industry and consulted on new projects which required unique machining and fixturing.

Ryan Stoeger

RYAN STOEGER

Project Manager

Ryan is a Project Manager with over ten years of machining experience. He began his journey at Fox Valley Technical College gaining his Machine Tool Degree, along with completing his State-Indentured Apprenticeship at Fox Valley Tool and Die. Ryan has experience with live tooling lathes, including full 5-axis Integrex machines, and extensive experience working with 4-axis verticals, 2-axis lathes, and surface grinding. Along the way he has also become proficient in SolidWorks and off-line programming. Ryan is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his drive to adapt to the always changing technologies in today's machining world.
