Our live-tooling MAZAK lathes can bring great value to our customers, providing single-setup complete part machining in one operation.

All of our vertical machining centers are equipped with 4-axis capabilities for various mill turn applications. One machine is equipped with a pallet changer for high production machining, increasing spindle utilization and reducing part cycle times.

Horizontal machining centers allow for two-pallet changer integration to facilitate unattended operation and reduce part cycle times. Every machined part goes through a stringent inspection process. Impact Machine prides itself on the fact that every machined part amd component leaves the shop with the knowledge that we have met or exceeded all print requirements using our in-process inspection and final inspection review processes.

If a customer requires, we can provide certified inspection reports from our CMM or use our surface roughness gauge to digitally verify a customer's surface finish requirements.
